Epilepsy Services for Northeastern Illinois is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We are partially funded by Illinois’ Department of Human Services and supported by corporate benefactors such as Walgreens, LaSalle Bank and the United Way system of Metropolitan Chicago. Private grants and contributions are welcome. Federal employees may support ESNI through your annual Combined Federal Campaign. ESNI’s CFC number is: 97819. We acknowledge all contributions unless directed otherwise. Various membership categories also offer one the opportunity to support ESNI. Membership levels include: - Professional Membership $100.00
- Sponsoring Membership $75.00
- Contributing Membership $50.00
- Standard Membership $25.00
Membership includes receipt of our newsletter, EPILIFE, notice of education meetings and support groups, news of upcoming events and trends in epilepsy treatment. To join ESNI, click here. ESNI does not share membership information with any outside party.
