ESNI’s Counseling Program has been in existence since 1979. Clinical reviews indicate a 75% improvement in overall functioning, self-esteem and independence. 98% of those who participate in education meetings report a vast improvement in their understanding of the disorder and compliance with medications and lifestyle choices. All counseling is provided by ESNI’s clinical staff of credentialed staff. We deliver approximately 2,250 direct service hours annually. Counseling ranges from short term informational/educational sessions to long term psychotherapy. Fees are based on a sliding scale. Services take place at ESNI’s Highland Park location, however telephone sessions can be arranged for those unable to travel to the agency.
